Brilliant! a very talented writer. This guy knows exactly how to pull you in from the very first page. If you like an "on the edge of your seat" thriller with plenty of action and a great storyline, Dick Francis's books are for you. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed.

Dick Francis is one of the greats of contemporary detective fiction. If you haven't checked him out, or aren't totally hooked, try Whip Hand or Come to Grief. You'll love Sid Halley.

we are into thoroughbred horses so all of us enjoy dick francis enormously. he always develops a side topic as well, photography, architecture, electronic gadgets, whatever; AND takes you all over the world. good fun.
