Forget about any career path, they will constantly reorg every 6 months so anything you thought you gained may be lost.
I've had 5 managers in 2 years.
Some of these were seasoned, others spent 6 months trying to figure who to go to after a reorg.
Sun rants that change is good. They refuse to ackonwledge that too much change is chaos.
Benefits are comparable to other companies. They are a bit backwards with stock option rewards rather than financial renumeration for a job well done.
