Mariachi music is something that I learned to really enjoy and embrace later in life. my father loved it. Some of the guys that I enjoy are Jose Alfredo Jimenez, Juan Mendoza or Vincente Fernandez. I love it but i also understand it is not for everyone.

Not a fan, but I learned to like this music when I got a good buzz at my sister's wedding reception (she married a Mexican guy). I danced with some lovely senioritas that night.
