Of course when I asked them to cancel my hosting plan, they needed my information, which was out of date. When I did what they required (sent them a fax with drivers liscence, old email, old address, new information), they lost it. I did this again and they couldn't confirm it. I called the help number and could never speak to anyone but a $10/hr phone operator who couldn't do anything to help me or refund me. I ended up letting the host name expire and changing domain names.
