A good Grand Slam. Usually brings up an unexpected winner.

Thusfar, I've really enjoyed watching the Australian Open on ESPN2. Of course, I wish they would show more matches, but that's alright. It's very interesting to see a wide variety of matches from top seeds to the unranked from a smattering of different nations. The arenas and crowds both look of high quality, and the matches are typically entertaining.

I love watching the Australian Open and believe me theres been some really great matches at this tournament, but the tweleve hour time difference makes it diffcult to stay up.

I saw it for the first time. Up side, I saw a lot of Asian players that I had never seen before. Downside, this seems like a very dangerous court. It is made out of some sort of rubber which gets very sticky in the warm conditions. Players' feet get stuck in the court resulting in injuries. 5 players ended up with tournament ending injuries.

I love to watch this one because after a two month hiatus, big time tennis is back on. Also, a lot of players are just starting their year here and they haven't had a chance to get injured or burnt out. The Australian crowds there really know their tennis and appreciate it, and they are very fair crowds.
