It's stable. For purely work related purposes, it's great. But it has no real value installed on a personal computer.

Unix is like a rock and can run circles around NT. I curently have one UNIX Server and it is going to take three Windows 2000 servers to replace it. Sad day when they roll it out the door.

The standard for Mainframe and business applications. Rock solid and reliable. A dream to use with Oracle.

Bye bye UNIX, say hello to it's lighter, cheaper, faster, more user-friendly offspring, Linux. Still a good OS for very large boxes, but Linux is catching up fast.

The base of Linux. Very stable and very good for buisnesses. The first GUI OS I have seen (HP-UX). I have seen and used this before windows! I seen this used at a bank and someone had it on a machine in some realty office. I played with it some, dont remember much of it.

What can you possibly say bad about the most stable and powerful operating system out there? How can XP possibly outrank this?
