I shouldn't be dropping opinions about something I don't do. I never decided to smoke. But I will say that it is a high risk of severe health problems you play and for what? What do you really get back from it, you don't get high. All you get, is the opportunity to spend a bunch of money on a habit that kills you. I'm not saying I'm against you if you smoke cigs, I'm just saying it doesn't make any sense to me. I've known so many people who just were going to smoke cigs occasionally and ended up being chain smokers. That can't quit. I've known people who've quit the most addictive drugs out there, but can't quit cigs.

Nicotine addiction is bad. I'm not going to say anything good about it. I smoke, and one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life was the decision to smoke cigarettes. I wish I knew what I know now when I was younger. It's so hard to quit.

well, I'm all kindsa addicted to nictotine-have been smoking for bout 12yrs. now, have tried to quit 6 times - stay away any ppl that aren't smokers - cuz I've read studies that its as addictive as heroin is - so take what ur health class teacher said to heart, n don't try it, don' start - I kno in the end smoking will most likely kill me...yet I'm still a smoker

Don't listen the b..... that doctors and goverment tells you, nicotine is very qood has anti-stress power and it's qood for brain system,that's why smokers are more intresting dudes. Finally you save money from psychological "therapies",but too bad you give it to Philip Morris and the states.
