She is an amazing author who manages to include some humor in most of her books. I often find myself laughing throughout the novel. She is also great at ensuring that her readers feel all of the emotions that her writing invokes. I would suggest this suthor to anyone who likes humor and romance together. She is also very unique!

Wow, I just finished reading my first Lisa Kleypas book (Suddenly You)--and she's earned a rare 10 on my personal 1-10 scale! The plotline was set in the Regency period & very fun (a turning-30 spinster buys herself an evening with a male prostitute to celebrate her birthday by ridding herself of her virtue). The characters were quirky and complex--a bit too good to be true, but I'm okay with that, since they were interestingly nuanced. And holy cats is this one STEAMY--in a realistic, playful, highly arousing way that my husband is sure to benefit from. ;-) She's a keeper and I plan to read ALL of her other books!
