Danielle's writing is terrible. She overuses phrases like "a lot", "it seemed", "it was", "there was something...", the word long. As an English teacher of writings, my students are given a dead word list and cannot use redundant wordings. And Danielle Steele has gone overboard with these phrases. It makes reading her books a real chore.
