Perfect (Judith McNaught) 5

I've read lots off book but I've only 2-3 reviews and this one is my fourth,I have to write one for this one because I want to raise the rating for this book so alot of people would buy it and see for themselves how good this book is!

Julie was adopted by a loving family when she was 11. She grew up and became a school teacher. One day she was out of town and got kidnapped by Zack, a former movie started who escaped prison after he served 5 years for a murder crime he didn't commit. After Julie's initial struggles to escape from Zach's abduction, she slowly realized that Zach wasn't what people thought he was so she decided to help him. They stay in one of Zach's friend's cottage to avoid the police and they developed feeling for each other...

This book is very emotional. It has a very beautiful love story along with witty dialogue. I laugh out loud when the H/h were engaged in lightheart converstions and cried in all the emotional scenes. If you love Judith Mcnaught, this is a must read, if you haven't read any of Mcnaught's book, start with this one

Perfect (Judith McNaught) 5

This story had a bit of everything from suspense and drama, to fantasy and romance romance and more romance! Zach is a movie star and your not really sure if he a nice guy or not, who accidentally kidnaps innocent bystander Julie. It's kind of like a soap-opera / fantasy where he hides her away in a desserted mountain where they eventually fall in love - but there's so much more to the story, you gotto read it. It was a real page-turner for me.

Perfect (Judith McNaught) 5

It's "Prison Break" meets "Pretty Women" (minus one fabulous hooker) meets "Cinderella"...THE BEST book I've read since "When He Was Wicked" (by Julia Quinn). And I just loved how McNaught wove a piece of "Paradise" in with it. It was nice to catch up with Matt and Meredith (and their little girl)! So ladies this is a MUST read...I've never steered you wrong before, and I'm not gonna start now!

Perfect (Judith McNaught) 2

I so wanted to read this book. Her other books are just incredible.
What a disappointment this was. I couldn't even finish it and I hate doing that. But I couldn't waste any more time on squeaky clean, unrealistically perfect, dumb Julie and I don't feel any nicer towards Zach. I am just sad, this is the first time McNaught has every disappointed me and I have read almost all of her books.

So, I'm where Julie is getting off the plane in Mexico - weak Julie - I am so disappointed in her - I don't like weak women - I like a strong woman in love with strong man - no, I haven't finished the book but I can't contain my disappointment any longer. While I know it will end PLACIDLY because I have read later books where Julie and Zack are married and Zack is successful again and they are rich etc. etc. she basically is too WEAK for him - difficult for me to really like her - but I do love most of Judith's characters in her books - she is magical -- the broad penstrokes she devotes to each character. I love her dialogue. I know when I've finished the book I will like Julie OK and Love Zack - but, I don't think Julie deserves him - she is tooooo weak! AND, the reviewer woman who thinks Julie should love the FBI fink istead, does not understand romance - she should maybe read Nancy Drew! Don't stop writing Judith - I've just loved other books you've done and, I'm sure I will "soften" towards Julie as I finish Perfect.
