I rarely read romance novels and now I know why. This is the first of Jude's books I've read. Actually I listened to it on Books On Tape. It was one of most boring books I ever read. (listened to)I only finished it because I dislike giving up on something I begin. I don't believe I will be reading anymore of her books.

I loved this book and often refer to it in conversation. I haven't thought so much about a book before. I have pondered what point in my past would I take a different path. What would change? How many lives are effected? The idea of going back in the past "knowing what I know now" is a fantasy we all have had. It was so much fun to see it played out in 3 women's lives. I believe the point I want to make in this fairly poorly written review, is that I was personally effected by this book, and still am.

This is a great Jude Deveraux book and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a romantic fantasy and would love to believe that amazing things can happen!

Yes I loved this book! this summer I was into any book that had summer or cabin in the title and I loved this one! It takes you away to another time and place and you wish it happened to you!

I have read quite a few of Ms. Deveraux's books over the years and I have found that the Summerhouse is one of the best ones I have read. It keeps you wondering what is going to happen next and lives up to her excellent writing ability. The three women in the story make up a wonderful combination of love and friendship.
