DAK Pharmaceuticals is a scam. Acnesil is an ineffective product. They will not issue a credit and will not take phone calls except for the placing of orders.

I have had patients that have tried numerous acne products - Acnesil has proven to be only effective when used with other medications, like benzoyle peroxide... alone it hardly has any benifit.

Went on smooth but has a usual smell and made my skin oily. Personally didn't really notice any significant improvement using it. Also it isn't very cheap, shipping is quite expensive for such a small item and it is only avaliable online through their website.

It worked very well. I have a mild acne, however I have pretty sensitive skin. Acnesil didn't irratate my skin like other products have and my skin is clear.

It may smell a little odd, but acnesil worked great for me. Having medium bad acne for the last year or so, I have tried lots of other products, but so far this one was the best. It went on smooth, did not "dry up" the skin, and my acne is substantially better now.
