I rent from Enterprise on a regular basis and am usually satisfied. However, this particular Enterprise not only brought the car two hours later than they said they would, but when they brought it, the car was filthy. When I returned the car I was over charged. When I called to discuss the charges I was placed on hold, and then hung up on. I spoke to three different employees who all told me different stories. They promised to return my calls and fax me a receipt. I never got called back, and never received a fax. I called to follow up, only to be placed on hold, and then hung up on. I called back and was hung up on again. I extremely dissapointed in this Enterprise, and horrified by the awful customer service.
