I wouldn't know. Because I ordered the books on Feb. 13, and here it is March 16, and STILL NO BOOKS!!!!!!!!

I bought this as an encouragement gift for my 16 year old grandson.
He and his Mom thought the books were very nice in appearance and are both looking forward to enjoying the hours of escape

I bought 2 sets of this John Steinbeck Centennial Edition. One is for me, and another one is for my mum.
It's great because it's value for money and both mum and I have always loved reading John Steinbeck's creation.

I bought this set as a surprise gift for my husband who is a big
John Steinbeck fan. He loved the set and loved getting a
surprise gift for "no reason" at all.

Boxed up Classics? Feels like a gift idea. I've read everyone of these books, usually as library editions, and the boxed set does not appeal to me. I like a great big old well read volume. But, I give this four stars because it is a great way to give someone some of the best stuff ever written, all at once. If you like historical fiction through this time period, here is a very good read: The Silk Scarf
