As a fitness guru...I believe it is totally unfair that the yellow team dropped below the yellow line. Any fitness expert knows that when there is an injury...excess water is typically retained; therefor, perhaps that is the reason for the 2pound gained. I think the yellow team should stay and remain as a team.

I refuse to give this show any stars. What a farce! Can you say "Fixed"?! I mean come on, the whole show was predicated on getting the first female biggest loser. And, second place goes to Bernie, again a female biggest loser. Although, Mark would not have been much better considering all the tears. Somehow the hostess, Alison, goes the entire season without shedding her extra pounds of pudge. I'm sorry but how can someone with chubby arms, pudgy cheeks and a tummy host such a show. Then comes the format of the show, mostly soap opera suspense created by multiple commercial breaks. The last show being the worst for commercials, practically one in between each persons story. If this show continues, they need to change a lot. In adition to Alison losing the pounds, Jillian needs to tone down the swearing and Bob needs to keep the guys from crying. He should have been all over Mark, telling him to Man up.

Love the show but Allison was way out of line last night. I've never been a huge fan of Jillian but last night, she was great.She needed to take on Allison. Then, she acts all shocked as to not know what's going on but at the end say you see a girl was the biggest loser. I wish Jillian could take her on. It's not possible for those girls to win unless the guys starting voting each other off. The challenges are usually strength oriented and the guys are going to win especially last night. I also hate the fact that Mark is back. The little crying episode between him and Jay was embarassing at best. Grow up! He acted like he was leaving for Iraq. Great show. I just don't know why Allison is so rude.

I can't think of anything more boring to watch than a bunch of fatties trying to lose weight, NBC is more desperate as sin for programming to air this garbage.

well, first off, they measure net weight loss not FAT loss, that poor guy that didnt lose antying probably lost 10lbs of fat but gained 10lbs of muscle, this show is immoral and must be taken off the air immedatly, alos last week they werhe divided up into pairs, and one of them had the power to choose the teams, this show is getting more complicated, it seems they make it up as they go along, I'm sick of it. I'm not taking off points of my rating for thes but what happend last week ticked me off, Pete got the power to choose teams, and he could have chosen matt or anyother of the biggest losers. But he made a choices that benifited everyone. And they loved him for it. They were like oh he could have taken the biggest losers and won but he made a diccion that was for the good of everyone. AHAHAHAHAHAHA HORSE SH1T When it came time to elimination the doctor said he wanted to go home and that he was done, but do they eliminate him NOOOOOO those a holes went into a 5 min speech about how it was a game and they put all the friendships behind them and that the wanted to make the best decision statisticly. Thats why these people are @$$HOLES But the guy that didnt vote for Pete is cool, cuz he has a heart and a soul. Anywho, those hipocrates put the game before Pete who put them before the game! and they cried and where all emotional, and all that bullsh!t, and how two of the few biggest losers where up for elmimantion and PETE got eliminated, there is NO justice But Pete lost 137lbs since the biggest loser and he looks like a new man

The producers and host of this trash claim that they are not making fun of and exploiting heavy people, but, that is exactly what they are really up to and it is not fair, nice or right for these people to do to overweight people! Boo!

Yes, yet another reality show...I agree with most people that there are too many, but this is one that I enjoy watching. I don't like the attitudes that the people get with each other sometimes, but I suppose that gets ratings? Who knows...anyway I enjoy being able to see how much weight these people have visibly lost from the beginning, it's amazing! They are taught how to eat well and exercise properly, something that they can take home and hopefully continue with family.

This is a great show with a fresh idea with people bringing quality of life up instead of plunging it into lows like eating worms and taking unnecessary risks. Sure it isn't full of excitement. But it displays how happy you can be if you have will power, where as other shows promote greed and desire.

Hey, give it a chance... it's an original idea, and the host (Caroline Rhea) isn't all that bad, and she doesn't boast around like some other hosts... *cough*cough . Whilst the voting process is a little cliché, the contestants have good intentions, and are actually doing something productive with their time.

Is it me or does NBC suck more every day? and why cant you give it a zero star rating... So you wana see some fat asses loose weight, look in the ATKINS FRIENDLY aisle in your supermarket. Talk about a lame show.

People divided into teams, very little food, challenges, and voting people off. Didn't we used to call that Survivor?
