Actually, me and my ex-girlfriend are very good friends. Some people can't stay or understand this kind of relationship. It worked for us - if we can't be together romantically, we still choose to be a part of each other lives.

Not necessarily. Not to sound callous, but out of sight, out of mind--for the most part, anyway. I've made my peace with them (at least in my own mind, I have), accept my responsiblity for my part in what led to the break-ups (and it was largely my part, I admit), and wish them well. I should add, though, that one of my recent ex-girlfriends still lives near me. I don't think about her that often anymore (my Mom wishes I had married her and had children with her to carry on the family name), but, ironically enough, she was the passenger in a car that drove past my place today. She had sunglasses on, so maybe I was just imagining that she was looking in my direction. I don't know who was driving, male or female, friend or more...but it left a sick-sort of feeling in the pit of my stomach. I guess time doesn't always heal all wounds, just helps us to forget about them for awhile.

Not really. The bad ones I want to remember to try not to make the same mistake again. And the good ones I just want to remember.

Nahh if you were good to them you only have a good chance to score with them again so why be mean or try to forget them.

Don't even get me started....

I wouldn't miss the lying, cheating whore.

Kamylienne is right. You have to remember how not to do it in order to hopefully get it right next time. I'm friends with my exes anyway.

Very tempting, but no. You gotta learn from mistakes. As much as it hurts, as much as I wish I didn't have to go through that, I wouldn't be the same if I didn't go through that.

Well I would like to erase her from my mind but I well miss the good times we had.
