I like reading about baseball's history and one of my favorite teams, for no apparent reason, is actually the long since defunct St. Louis Browns, a perennial lousy team who won one pennant in 1944 in a league where most of the good players were off fighting the war, and had very few years where they were even real contenders before moving to Baltimore. That means that in 50 or so years they were good about 7% of the time... I'd have a lot of erasing to do, as they sucked about 80% of the time, were ok about 13% of the time, and were a good team about 7% of the time...
