Fairness for others can lead to leap and bounds, and it can also lead someone to excel what we do best. It improve ourselves better in the long run and motivate us to perform on the next level.

i try to always to be fair. i don't like hurting people to get what i want. i would rather sacrifice to assure that others get their fair share
