Just a great put together show.

Enjoyed it early on then something happened to make it less enjoyable. Too predictable maybe?

Robert McCall's character showed us what it was like to be a real man. He did what many of us just wished we could.

A really good show, I especially liked Edward Woodward, as the main charecter. It had a really cool theme song too, which was done by one of the members of The Police.

Still my all-time favorite series. Smart writing and Robert McCall's character development was stunning. Of course Edward Woodward was perfect in that role.

The first few seasons were pretty strong. After that it got tired in a hurry.

I was addicted to this show. Robert McCall (Edward Woodward) is an ex spy. Who continues to use his former profession and knowledge to help mere citizens; people who tried to get help from the police but for whatever reason can't help them. So they turn to The Equalizer's ad in the newspaper. Very well written with use of the imagination meant gripping episodes and excellent plots. I'm sure this could have gone on longer when it came to an end in 1989.
