 | Randyman (103) 07/19/2005 | Once upon a time, I really did look forward to homemade treats, back in the day. But now? Forget about it! This stuff is the first thing that goes out. Well actually, my wife and I don't really deal with it anymore, but I know my kids won't let my grandkids eat anything homemade, unless it comes from someone they know personally. I always feel bad, because I picture some woman putting her heart into all the little treats she's making, only to have people throw them away without ever tasting it. Such are the times we live in!

 | Andrew Gilmore (10) 07/19/2005 | Yeah, I got these at least one time that I can remember. It was a cookie-like treat wrapped in clear plastic. No bright colors or logos or anything suggesting a commercial product, just a cookie wrapped in plastic. I didn't touch it and I'm pretty sure I threw it out when I got home.

However I leave it at 3, because several of the eldery ladies in our neighborhood always made cookies or rice crispy treats especially for the kids in our neighborhood, and I always thought it was something special.
