07/19/2005 | I think I may have handed these out once. But the best non-candy treats were the cheap little whistles. The kids LOVED these - you could hear them all over the neighborhood. I'm surprised that a few parents didn't return bearing pitchforks...maybe they just weren't sure where they came from.
