We are called to seek the one lost sheep, not stay with the 99 already safe and secure within the fold.

It doesn't make any sense to pray for that which is lost. It makes more sense to pray for the brothers and sisters that they may find strength and wisdom to walk in the way our Lords wants us to.

This is more constructive and something that we all should be doing. Our prayers are one of the major ways that the Spirit of God can move through people's lives. If we pray for the lost, we may see lots more Christians added to the number.
