A brilliant super hero spoof and a dazzling CGI production. Some of the wittiest writting in recent film history, for any genre. And Edna can design a super hero costume for me any time, even if I can't have a cape.

A great Pixar film. Bob Parr was once one of the most famous superheros until a mishap where he saved someone who did not want to be saved. He has to hide away with his family who all have superpowers. He sneaks away one day try to stop a madman from ruling the world. The animation is good in this film.

This movie is a real stunner. My Dad loves it almost as much as Toy Story. But I am surprised to see it beat the Lion King

Most Pixar films are for the most part for the entire family and the Incredibles nail the mark. Every member of the family can enjoy this and it presents super heroes with out making a mockery of them. The movie never really slow down and continues to entertain right to the end. A must see!!

This was OK, but easily the poorest Pixar work so far. The story line was pretty weak but what bothered me the most was the moral of the story. They tried to play it off as stressing family togetherness, but all I got out of it was what happened to the villian. For those who haven't seen it read no further. He's some kid from the past that was obsessed with Mr. Incredible. Mr. Incredible yelled at him and hurt his feelings and now he's 15 years older and has channeled his anger into creating a supermachine that will destroy all superheros. Ok, here's the problem. They don't teach him what he did wrong and try to mend fences, they suck him into a jet engine. How's that for a message for kids? Some kid gets mad because you hurt his feelings, just suck him into a jet engine.

Pixar just continues to amaze me. This is probably their best movie. I liked how colorful the characters were, the animation was spetacular, and the story was fill with action and humor that adults and kids could enjoy. It's truly Incredible.

Nothing close to Shrek or SharkTale. Funny at some parts but dragged on at the end.

The preview was funnier than the actual movie. Story was alittle slow and it made me laugh once or twice but really not as good as Shark Tale or anyother disney movie. Syndrome was the best part of the movie.

Awesome CGI film, the best from Pixar yet. The action and the clever ways the family uses their powers just floored me. By the way, is it just me or does the little exclamation mark symbol on RIA weblists look like an upside-down version of the Incredibles logo?

I have not even seen this movie yet, but already I can tell it rocks! Everyone look up the next Disney/Pixar movie CARS on google and watch the trailer. It looks OK, pretty funny @ the start of the trailer, but then it goes downhill. O well, i will still see it! haha.

Awesome. There's high expectations with Pixar animated films, yet this one managed to exceed mine. THE INCREDIBLES puts welcome spins on the superhero genre. A superhero family is forced into conforming into a mediocre lifestyle due to a lawsuit happy society. Exceptional circumstances inspire them to get their groove back with brilliantly original kinds of scenes that will delight even the most jaded moviegoer. Don't miss the hilarious sequence on the dangers of wearing a cape. It's more inspired than FINDING NEMO, and has more in it to please adults.

This movie is certainly incredible! :) With breathtaking computer animation, The Incredibles continues Pixar's streak of great movies. With an interesting twist on the superhero story, The Incredibles finds people upset with heroes and forces them into hiding. While I don't think this would happen in real life, it allows for some great comedic moments. Even typical family happenings are given a super-powered twist. Things really get cracking when the good vs. evil plot is set into motion. The action sequences are stunning and quite possibly the best CG action scenes ever made. There are also some hilarious references to catch if you enjoy comic books (No capes!) and a great ending. All in all, I must recommend this extremely well-done movie!

Pixar movies are the closest thing to sure thing when it comes to box office revenue and critical acclaim (though Monsters Inc. didn't do much for me). The Incredibles was a great family movie. The kids loved it and it had enough to keep adult minds thoroughly engaged. The film's theme is one any middle-aged person can relate to -- making a comeback after years of dormancy and mediocrity. The animated Superhero had its day in my generation but seemed to fade away as the 1-ounce brains peddled dreck like the Smurfs and Strawberry Shortcake as a means to make children's minds less violent, I guess (didn't quite work either). The CGI technology keeps getting better and seems vastly improved over Toy Story 10 years ago. The Incredibles does a great job in entertaining us, as well as teaching a little lesson on self-esteem and not accepting mediocrity. Should be the favorite for best animated feature at the Oscars.

One of the few family films that I actually enjoyed. It was a charming little superhero movie. I felt that towards the beginning of the film they were trying to show how sue happy Americans have become over the last few years.

Vey good family feature. Pixar has another hit on its hands. My problem with the movie is that it is a rip-off of the Fantasic Four. The Fantastic Four is the first family of comics. The powers and genders have been tweaked. The father is the Thing. The mother is Mister Fantastic. The daughter is the Invisible Girl. The son and the baby are a combo of the Human Torch. They actually fight a character that could pass for the Mole Man. Is this an homage or a stolen license?

With every new release from Pixar, I have higher expectations. Incredibly (ha ha), they hit the mark every time. Not only did Pixar improve on their human characters (not their strongest in the past), they have more personality and expression than most actors out there. I'm not exaggerating. I was enthralled by every bit of the movie. The chracters were very well-developed and the writing, as usual, was priceless - whether it be through dialogue or simply the situations the characters get themselves into. The story was, again, the best part of the movie but that's what Pixar's all about. That's what I love about that studio. Story first. Eye candy second. And let me just say there is a hell of a lot of eye candy. On top of a great story with more-than-believable characters, the graphics and sound floored me. I caught myself a few times with my mouth gaping open in sheer awe of what I was witnessing. From the explosions, fast camera action, and scenery to the character animation, ocean water and wet hair, you will be amazed. If anyone doesn't see this movie in the theaters, it would be an incredible shame.

Another bulls-eye for Pixar. One of the few movies that is great for all ages and yet doesn't fall into the trap of being too childish. A retired super hero aches to break out of the run-of-the-mill family man role and go back to his glory days, and he gets it. And so does the rest of the family. Excellent animation, cute storyline; I can't think of a bad thing about it.
