I remember the '79- '80 school year when I was a sophomore in high school this was the popular look. But it didn't take long for the bare look to catch on.

With socks? I hated it when the hose would wrinkle and you'd look like you were 90 years old from the legs down at the end of the party.

Runners tend to wear pantyhose, for wind resistance. I think it looks silly when you see someone shopping or whatever with them on though.

shiny pantyhose look great on a babe's legs. Makes great legs look even more delicious. I'm talking very sheer and silky hose, like Wolford or Victoria's Secret, not drugstore variety.
