i'm not even a fan of the show, in fact i've hated it every time i've watched it briefly. this movie made me want to watch more. g'job eh!!!

The ratings say it all... you either give it 5 stars, or you give it on. Some people get it, other are left wiping the drool from their chin, waiting for the next feeding of pureed prunes (those who gave it a single star). The drooling few need to refuckulate their carbonatores, head to Juniper, buy some space weed, and get with the program!

the greatest show ever made PERIOD

Trailer Park Boys I must say is one of my all time favorite shows. I wish that the United States would not have cancelled that program. Now the only way my husband and I can enjoy it is by downloading it off of the internet.

Those poor people who obviously have made their mind up about the show obviously get their jollies hanging around funeral parlors. LIGHTEN UP! The humor in this show is a lot more realistic than your standard sitcom.... BY FAR!

TPB is low brow, but clever and funny as hell. It's worth watching just for the Rickyisms. Why hasn't HBO or Showtime picked up this great Canadian show? I sure as hell wouldn't want to see a Comedy Central censored version. Come on HBO, I send you money every month!

How could anyone not like this show its so funny like if u dont like this show ur either A) someone who as no sense of humour and likes to kill puppies and eat them or B)a dumbass religous right nut. Thats my opinion on people that dont like this funny show

Trailer Park Boys are real DOPE.... Like all comedy it is an exaggeration of real life. But you can t help liking and rooting for the central characters (my particular favourite is Bubbles the greatest philosopher in the Nova Scotia area.) The fly on the wall documentary style leads to an endearing expose of the characters flaws and dreams. Whether this leads to Julians dream of a lifetimes supply of Bacardi or Ricky s attempts at passing his Grade 10 exams.Also I do hope thatone day Bubbles gets a Kitty farm. Finally it seems to me that this is much better than the commitee scripted stuff that is all the rge in Britain and America.

this is a top class show,the funniest stuff i have seen for ages,anyone who doesnt like this obviously needs to put an ad in there local paper saying 'LOST,ONE SENSE OF HUMOR,IF FOUND PLEASE RETURN TO ME ASAP SO I CAN ENJOY WATCHING TRAILER PARK BOYS'

AWESOME! I don't really like US comedies as a general rule so I was suprised to see that I enjoyed TPB so much; but then I realise why - it's Canadian! Oh Canada....

Alright I had a bad feeling about this before I even saw one episode. Well this poor excuse for a Comedy is now on BBC America and as I said my expectations were low and I was still disappointed. Its more like a docu-drama then any thing else. The only character I thought was remotely funny was bubble(s), I think that's what the Character's name was, he had lent a cat to Ricky and he wanted it back. The cat was being use to protect Ricky's pot plants from squirrels. Other then that, not funny at all. This truely is terrible and some one needs to tell me where the humor is in this mess. Canada you did a lot better with Super Dave.

A Canadian classic. There is nothing else on TV like it. A show that so openly embraces pot and alcohol could not be made in the US. Check out the Christmas special. It is sure to become a cult classic.

I must confess to having become somewhat hooked on this show. Yeah, the content may seem pretty sordid at first glance, but the way the boys stick together through thick and thin is actually rather touching (in a bizarre way). Despite the characters being pretty exaggerated in some places, the whole thing feels eerily realistic because of the documentary style in which it is filmed. This realism makes every episode completely unpredictable as, just like in reality, the narrative is completely random and erratic. Who could tell Ricky's plan to grow dope would go horribly awry because his inept wiring caused Bubbles' shed to burn down? What about when Julian's scheme to hide his bootlegged vodka in a hastily built paddling pool was foiled by Randy throwing Ricky into it? The show's atmosphere of eerie realism also impacts on how the viewer relates to the show. You don't feel boxed into guffawing along with the canned laughter strictly after each punchline, you laugh whenever you want. It's almost like, as another reviewer noted, you actually know these people and are laughing at their weird and wonderful ways. That's what makes Trailer Park Boys a breath of fresh air in the comedy world.

I came across this show while channel surfing on the BBC America channel. I think this show is great! Very entertaining! I like the episode when Julian falls in love with that door to door bible chick. Then finds out she is a stripper! This show is not award winning material, but i am glad it is on DVD. I did not think it was the type of show to be on DVD's. Brings me hope!

One of the best shows on TV! Absolutely hilarious. And the fact that it's Canadian makes it even better. Bubbles...oh, God, best character ever. After Homer Simpson. Ricky's awesome, too. The scene where Julian comes out of his trailer wrapped in a huge fur blanket and Ricky and Bubbles start beating on him with baseball bats just kills me.

Trailer Park Boys will always make me laugh without doubt.

Epic! Subtle. Low Budg. It takes some warming up... But even at the start it sucks you in. You feel a bit guilty -- like you are watching a car wreck -- only its funny. Then funnier. Then you know the characters and you can't get enough. Thank God my Canadian friend sent me the 1st two seasons dvd. Now its on to the third. I can understand that, with what they are doing, either you will love this show or hate it.

To Jed1000: Overweight middle-aged men? Speaking English as a second language? What show were you watching? Nobody (except Lahey) is out of their 20s in the show and their English (including profanities) is fine.

The best show ever! I could watch this show 24-7!

I have a satellite subscription just so I can get TPB each year. While waiting for the DVD sets to be released, I have to burn my own so I can keep watching them. Best show on television. Two days ago, they were filming a scene w/ at least Lahey a couple of doors down from my office. Was told they needed extras, but when I came back they were full! Argh! I'll have to find out where they're shooting next! I don't know, though. If you love something, let it go. If it comes back, you own it. If it doesn't come back, you don't own it. And if it doesn't come back, yer a #@$@ @#$%hole.

What think of trail park boys, The one thing on showcase tv seems to rock and keep people happy sunday nights who care about fans say it great and funny can't to see what happen to ricky this weekemd.

Very interesting ratings; people either love this show or hate it. Of course, some twits rated it as terrible without having even seen the show. *rolls eyes* Personally I love it! It's fresh, different, and I never know what's coming next. The episode featuring the Rush concert is my all-time favourite! Watch a few episodes; if you don't like it, don't watch it again. But, you might be pleasantly surprised like I was.

Thank God for Showcase. Just when I thought television was incapable of something so brutally hysterical, out comes this show. Just got Showcase about 6 months ago, and this show has become regular viewing--obsessive viewing, actually, since the new season began. Their use of dry humour, overlapping improvisational dialogue, and intentionally cheap-looking documentary style is phenomenal. Rivals classics like Spinal Tap in this regard. Keep it coming, boys. (Winks in Julian's direction)

I finally saw this show on BBC America after hearing it hyped for some time now here at RIA. Wow... what a disappointment. It sure wasn't what I was expecting. It felt like I was watching a high school performance of a bad play on some local access cable channel. The dialogue had all the realism and quality of a bad porn film.. and not one of the good bad ones either. It's basically a group of overweight middle-aged men mouthing bad lines. They almost sounded like they were speaking English as a second language too. Just awful.

This is true Canadiana at it's best. It has everybody talking and thinking, the only reason my parents never moved to a trialer park, was because of the tornados. This is reality telivision at it's best,stripped of all that makes the idiot box not worth watching today.Long live Julian,Ricky,Bubbles and the gang.

The best television I have seen in years. Acting is incredible, story is original, characters are striking. Who would have seen the humor or interest in a Trailer Park? Where dope is grown, bottles are thrown, guns are fired, fights break out constantly, and Julian never spills a drop. Makes me proud to be a Canadian. I gave up on cable tv 3.5 years ago, and caught this wonderful show on DVD. I am hooked and can't wait for more. You Dudes Rock!

I think that Trailer Park Boys is one of the best; if not THE BEST TV sitcoms on right now. It is the most original shows I've ever seen. I only wish more TV type people had the same or even half of the vision that the people of Trailer Park Boys have. If the Trailer Park Boys see this: Keep up the good @#&^% work. Jason Garrett

What a great show, goes to show we Canucks have a twisted sense of humour. I swear, I know people just like the show's characters....salt of the earth! Anyone who doesn't like this show hasn't taken a look around much! All I need to know is where can one get a copy of the intro/closing piano music; it's great?

What!? an average of less than five friggen stars? I guess that's what happens when you put Trevor and Cory in charge....Everyone who doesn't like this show can fu^k off! I'll probably never see T.P.B. aired in Australia for reasons that anyone who has seen the show will know, but as of now I am impressed with the quality of Canadian T.V.

Am I the only one brave enough to say this show should be called TRAILER TRASH BOYS. The shows sucks, and it is an embarrasment to television. Bleah ! Canada could do so much better...sighs ! :(
