almost as good as watching the real thing. and that's saying something.

I thought the acting was very good and the action on the ice had a very realistic feel to it.Well worth the 2 hours or so spent watching it.

I'm not big on passing out 5's, but this movie captured the shock of what was happening as well as any movie I've seen. As an American, this is feel good material. My favorite lines, something like, if we played them 10 times, they might beat us 9 times. But not tonight. Tonight, we skate with them. Tonight, we beat them. And, you guys just put the greatest goalie in the world on the bench! A guu I knew when I lived in Syracuse is the guy who draped the flag on Jim Craig. Cool stuff.

This was a great movie!

One of the better sports movies. Kurt Russel was believeable as the great coach. The story was great and the sport moments were exciting. Need I say more?

Over hyped crap

Well cast, well written, well acted, and reasonably close to accurate. Well worth seeing. Not the best hockey movie ever made (Check out Slapshot)
