Has been at Arlington for 5 years since leaving the then-new Lone Star. He was replaced by Michael Wrona. Then in October, Wrona was replaced by Dooley at Fair Grounds after CDSN acquired the track. They'll "come inside the final half a furlong" now in Louisiana. (Add picture)

Fun to listen to, and cute editorial statements, like saying a horse is running at a "sedate pace" in a turf race. Very accurate, too. Underrated.

John G. does superb job at Fair Grounds where I here him live. Also, I enjoy his work from Arlington Park.

I'm not a fan of this caller at all..I find it very difficult to follow him and wish he wouldn't give the sectionals so late in the home straight.

A Durkin protege who puts more effort into his daily work. Very solid announcer.

very original announcer. He will come up with stuff that no one else says. He seems to never shut up after a race (like wrona). Has a great circuit with Arlington in the summer and the Fairgrounds in the Winter.

I love his calls. He is a great announcer. He is all around brilliant.
