 | iloved_h_ (0) 08/04/2005 | rex might have died but he was a good character. he was the husband of bree which according to him wasnt an easy thing. he did a good job as rex. sneakin around while bein married to bree. he was a horrible person and bree told him wen he first found out about his infedelity and how she would hurt him in the divorce.

 | berlinerin (0) 06/18/2005 | Steven Culp is an incredibly talented actor. He can express so much more with just his eyes than any other actor with a two-hour dialogue. Nobody could have played Rex as well as he did. And now that Rex is dead - so is the show. At least for me.

 | digital2205 (0) 02/02/2005 | Steven Culp: aka Clayton Webb, Major
Hayes, Jeff Haffley, Dave Spencer,
and now Rex is one of the best and
most versatile actors around.
He has made the character of REX his
own. He is funny, sweet, easy to look
at, sarcastic and sensitive.

 | MoodyB4 (0) 02/02/2005 | Steven Culp is wonderful. I hadn't had the privledge to see him before Desperate Housewives but in a show dominated by women HE stood out to me first! He needs more on-screen time and great writing. He is the only actor who can go toe-to-toe with Marcia Cross as Bree. They are excellent.

 | Pattykate100 (0) 02/02/2005 | I will watch anything with Steven Culp in it. He is truly a great character actor and has the best reaction shots in the business. And he's adorable, too boot!! My favorite role of his will always be Clayton Webb on JAG, but Rex is a hoot and his and Bree's interaction is priceless. Steven delivers the well written lines with great style and substance. He really is an actor's actor!! I'm thrilled for his success!!

 | gldrtrv (0) 02/01/2005 | SC's ability is what makes Rex believable. With a less talented actor, Rex could be a buffoon or a cartoon character. However, I still don't like Rex!

 | younjo (0) 01/31/2005 | I think the role of Rex is WAY beneath Steven!! He is such a good actor he should have a more distinguished & substantial role. He plays his part well, as always; there just isn't much substance to the role.

 | Rose Burkhart (0) 01/30/2005 | Physically, Steven Culp is easy on the eyes. He speaks clearly and distinctly. His great facial expressions and body language highlight each appearance. Comments by Adage and buffmovieone are right on. Steven adds believability to Dr. Rex Van de Kamp on Desperate Housewives. Steven proves his outstanding talent by exposing another dimension of Rex in every episode in which he appears. Rose

 | Adage (0) 01/30/2005 | Steven Culp has nailed the tongue-in-cheek comedy style required to play Rex Van De Kamp. He has fun with it and makes Rex's kinky & (sometimes) vindictive behavior all the more enjoyable. When's the last time we were offered such a quirky character who can stand his ground with a domineering redhead? Steven Culp & Marcia Cross are obviously sharing some professional laughs with their dysfuntional couple.
