I will NEVER fly this airline again. In these hard economic times, airlines should be courting their customers instead of being rude, threatening and just plain unhelpful.This airline is subsidized by the government and it shows. They could care less if they help you, because they're getting paid anyhow.I arrived at the Sheridan, WY airport with enough time to be checked in. The passengers hadn't even boarded yet and were still in security. But, since Great Lakes had no one at the counter, I wasn't allowed on my flight. WHEN the girl finally got to me, (20 minutes after the flight had left), she tried to be helpful and rebook me on the next flight. Only three flights per day fly out of Sheridan. An hour before the flight, they call to cancel the flight. When I try to persuade the staff into helping me understand what's up, I was hung up on. Called back and then was threatened by the next staff member. Was finally given a customer service number which I called (no one there) and left a message, and to this day has yet to be returned.PLEASE do not support this airline. Find other options. I know I won't use them and I will tell everyone I can, not to fly them. No one should be treated the way I was and I even paid extra to fly out of this airport. I've flown out of almost all the major cities in this country and have never been treated this badly.
