I've always found RIA staff to be very responsive to feedback. I've had several discussions about new or potential changes to the website with them. I've never found it to be a one-way street. On the few occasions where I have sent them feedback directly by email, I've always received a response, and if I leave a review that expresses feedback of any sort, I frequently receive comments from an RIA staff member. Of course it's impossible for them to incorporate everything we ask for, but for the most part it seems like they always consider any good suggestions.

Its a closely guarded secret, but thanks to the secret council of reviewers that I and certain other people sit on, your pitiful feedback is no longer needed...MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Although it won't affect whether I leave or stay, I think the RIA administration has become very biased lately in favor of its "elite" reviewers as opposed to the less popular ones, who send feedback, but it doesn't get second thought. I know, because I've been there.

The website doesn't belong to you.Get over the idea that each of your amazing missives deserve some kind of screeching-tire effect to the stakeholders. Some of you ideas might get looked at. . .most are shite that will be ignored. Life sucks- get a helmet.

This is the furthest thing from the truth. The RIA team is fantastic. For example, when they switched to the most recent version, I was having trouble w/viewing and logging in etc... and Lawrence and Alexander helped me through it. RIA is very responsive to feedback and work hard to make the website a good place.

When it comes to Feedback, Lawgellan is about as quick as a cheetah hunting a gazelle

I love rate it all, at least I used to. Now I have a hard time seeing other peoples comments. I too have submitted comments on various people but I never see my comments. Oh, and yes I do log in.

Feedback is very important on a community driven website like RIA. If the community believes its best interests are not being served, they will go somewhere else to commune. I think that RIA does a fairly good job at responding to user needs. If this was not the case, the user base would be orders of magnitude smaller.

Sometimes, but at least they will always respond whether you like the answer or not. (and more than once I have not liked their response, but hey, it's their website)

As opposed, I've usually found the site administrators to be very responsive to user needs.

Actually, Lawrence is pretty good about replying to emails.

I very rarely have a problem with getting feedback from RIA (even before becoming a moderator); if you ask for something relatively reasonable, I don't see why RIA wouldn't respond.
