Right, be look first which side the most reviews incline and take the same position. Don't worry if it's not what you believe or think. That is irrelevant. The main point is to brow nose the other reviewers and be rewarded with "helpful".

Maybe, but no matter how many Grizz-dippin' reviews I write, I can't seem to get anywhere.

Yes, but it still depends on the review that's left and who comes across it.

A great way to get hopefuls is to have an opinion that's popular in these frequently visited topics.

This is just common sense. More weblist traffic, means more opportunity for your comment to be read and rated. And as Kamy mentioned; being here for awhile, keeping active through comments/weblists, and such can get just as much attention, if not more so for some people.

It's all about airtime; it only makes sense that the the "topic of the week" will attract more readers, and thus more possibilities for "helpful" clicks. It's not just the "hot topics" lists. It's the "recent comments" list; it's how long you've been here. These things tend to accumulate.

Makes sense. Its like putting an IN-N-OUT on a busy freeway, your more likely to get more customers.

If a certain topic is visited frequently, then you have a good chance of having more people see your post. Which COULD equate to more helpfuls.
