He has done an excellent job of bringing the Tigers back to respectability. There's still a ways to go but it looks like he can handle the challenge.

He's got to prove himself that he can build this team up. Let him earn his 5 stars, I don't care who he is. He might be a hall of fame player but we've got to see if he has the smarts as well as the agility he once had.
