Figidaire FAC127S1A 12,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner

Anything under 12,000btu is a waste if cooling more than one room. I tried them all. For the money this model does a good job at cooling my 12x40 mobile home. It is not as loud as I thought it would be. Options are good. Putting up with auger air directionals.(My only complaint)I prefer standard directionals. Overall through internet research for all brands of window air conditioners I am satisfied with this one. I bought at Lowe's. Comes with 5 year warranty from Frigidaire. Lowe's extra 2 yr I did not purchase.
