Do not buy a Haier Aqua Fontana water dispenser or any other Haier product. It is JUNK! Their customer service will not honor the warranty. I have had two problems with it. I was able to fix the first one myself - I had to pay for the part. The second problem involves the suction motor running constantly. I am going to call Haier customer service again, but expect no help. I paid almost $300 at Wal-mart (online) for it. The machine is less than 1 year old. It is PURE JUNK from China. I am surprised it has not burned my house down yet. Did I mention the product is JUNK????

No matter what Haier product I bought, either cell phone or PC, the help I can get from their repair/support service is ZERO. I found that the company try to make it so difficult to reach their repair centre, so the customers will forget bothering them. This way the company cut cost on repair centre and able to keep the price low.

Haier also makes good air conditioners. Although new in this field, the air conditioners produced are efficient. The cooling effect is great. But all the advantages are till when the air conditioner doesn't develops a fault. Once a fault is there, its hard to get it repaired. Thats why the air conditioners of Haier are not very popular.

It is the worst thing to buy any freezer or AC from Haier. They are always off work and sending loud noises. Moreover, the services are also bad. If you want a trash, pay for it at any time, and risk to accept the broken components after repairing, try Haier.

I really like my Haier HLP21E 6.6lb Pulsator Washer. For over a year it has been reliable and economical. Great for a single person because it does not waste alot of water like the big tub models do. The agitator free design gives an obstruction free tub. At max it can hold one pair of my coveralls and does a good job of washing them.
(or a couple of big bath towels)
At the lowest water level it is good for just my socks or shorts since it just uses a few gallons of water to wash them.
Overall, its a "10" for my use.
