awful! service stinks. The store is dirty (arlington heights anyway). and everyone has a bad attitude. if you're going to cut and color at least have enough respect to dry the client's hair! And don't try to sell me on cosmetics when I'm in for a cut and color. I'd give it no stars if the system let me. Mario should be ashamed his name is being used. yuk!

I normally trim my bangs myself, but when I've been in for haircuts, my stylist, Ogsana, encouraged me to go in and have it done for free and without appointment. So, I did that one day since I really needed the trim. I was told I needed to wait 30-45 minutes before she can do it... I know the trim doesn't take more than 3 minutes and I wasn't about to wait that long, so I left and will never go back even for a hair style. I had gone out of my way for this, and was so disappointed. There are so many great hair salons all over Chicago, that I don't think I need the aggravation. Thumbs down MT!

I went for a 1/2 leg wax and nails. I am pretty tough on my nails, but the finish was wearing off after 2 days. While I was getting my legs done the girl kept spraying my legs with olive oil? or something and one week after the wax my hair was growing back just like i had shaved! They have a name, but not the quality.

My wife has gone here for her nails. She has always been happy with the result.
