Making the trip from my house to Yoga Tree Staynan isn't always fun(although so worth it for Darren Main's classes)....and considering time is valuable with a busy work schedule, an hour and a half classes do not work with my schedule on a daily basis. Therefore, when discovering yogakula (bendsf)...a couple blocks from my home... I was very thrilled!Not only is the studio adorable and comforting, Heather has been an amazing instructor! Her genuine and passionate personality speak through teachings. I never feel bored, due to the variety of instruction in her classes. Even after a tough day, I leave her class feeling renewed! That is pure motivation to go back again and again. I have also taken classes with David, Mather, and Aleastae.....all who are uniquely fantastic! I have nothing but high hopes for Bend SF! :)
