It's pretty good but after a while it tastes like cherry cough syrup. It is just as full of caffeine as the regular kind but it tastes kinda nasty. In a pinch only.

Just when I thought they couldn't make a better Mountain Dew they introduced Code Red.

It tastes pretty good for the first few sips, but then it just starts to get too sweet. I would also never recommend mixing it with Captain Morgan. That was definitely not one of my better ideas.

Good stuff. Cherry taste and low carbonation are nice changes for Mtn Dew.

Basically a copy of Tahiti Treat. Just as sweet but not as fizzy. Too sweet for me now.

My bev of choice. The cherry complement to the traditional Dew is quite refreshing without being overpowering.

Gross stuff. My husband drinks this like a fiend, I can't take it. It's too sweet and syrupy and not enough fizz.

CODE RED CODE RED!! it's in my veins i drink it most every day how can any human not enjoy it? low fizz so you can slurp it without getting it up yer nose after yer little bro throws it across the room and down the stairs. tastes great warm or cold tho not really hot best when ice cold but without ice cause water waters stuff down. available most everywhere to civilization. red is an awesome color for a drink and cherries are good too. if you don't like the code red why are ya here in the first place? go find smthng constructive to do rather than spread slander against the awesomeness that is code red

i like dew and i like the cherry flavour. to me: a well found combination. AND a nice change from the coffee i always drink!

This drink is served best ICE cold. It warmer it gets the heavier it feels in your stomach as you drink it. Maybe alil too sweet. I wonder if Pepsi is going to start sticking Mt.Dew logos on all of there new softdrinks. I really dont understand where the Mt.Dew comes in. I dont even get a slight essense of the orginal Dew in this drink. Its not to bad. Just very very sweet. Not nearly as good as its Livewire Counterpart.

The first sip is good but then i quickly starts to become more and more gross.

Love this stuff. Like Cherry Pepsi and Mountain Dew combined, best of both worlds. Now if only they didn't replace this with Cherry Pepsi at my college's cafeteria..

I just don't like it. I thought it would be more like a cherry kind of taste when i tried it, but it wasn't.

Probably my favorite soft drink. It is soft drink with a perfect balance of cherry flavor. I think it far surpasses the original mountain dew.

Its good becuse it tastes like a Chirley Temple- but it gets old fast.

It's like a cherry limeade that tastes good cuz it's a pepsi product and not a coke product. Awesome idea. I love 'em really, really cold. Not quite as good at room temp.

This nasty stuff has the same lack of fizziness as Mountain Dew, a nasty color that makes it look undrinkable, and an awful flavor that masks the kind of ok flavour of Mountain Dew. "Code Red" is probably supposed to be an alert that your tastebuds are in danger of being permanently damaged.

I love this stuff...proves as a great counterpart to Mountain Dew! It's like the Dew but they added cherry flavor that blends really well and it's just another great way to get your caffeine fix! I drink this stuff just as much as the original (which is also great)! I've also had Mountain Dew Blue Shock in Slurpee form, and it was very good as well, but Pepsi hasn't released this in normal form yet...instead they chose to go with the highly inferior Pepsi Blue!*gags*

This is a great soda. It is a great choice when you arent in the mood for a cola or something lemon lime. Code Red gives Mountain Dew a good name.

Simply put, one of the best beverages of all time! This combination of excellent cherry flavor to a beverage I didn't really care for (regular MD, that is) a great one! Highly recommended for all!
