Huge, cumbersome airport with tiny, tiny gates.  I had to sit on the floor next to a garbage can while waiting for my flight to board because the few seats in the small waiting area were filled up -- this after walking about 17 miles to find a sandwich.

It feels about twenty times larger than it needs to be. The complex itself is about 20 miles long. It took me about thirty minutes to get from one terminal to the other on a train. A poor use of space, and a poor traveler experience.

They should hold the Olympics here. There are more folks sprinting for gates than anywhere else in the western hemisphere.

Recently connected here going to London(heathrow) and it's huge..to me this airport seemed bigger and more busy than atlanta. I had to sprint to the connecting flight which was about as far as it possibly could have been.Overall I would put DFW a step above ATL but for sure MIA since they both are american airlines hubs.Staff was friendly overall and I was impressed with the efficiency of the airport.

My only experience with Dallas was my international flights to France.  Once you went through customes you had a huge area while you waited to board.  Restaurants, shops, etc.  Of course this was pre 911, I couldn't tell you about now.

One of the worst designs ever. The DFw employees don't even like working there. The only upside is the new terminal transit system

Awkward airport. Easy to step off a flight and then you're on your own. Baggage claim is right on top of you yet rental cars are all under one roof miles away and you must take a bus to get there. Dallas Cowboy Pro shop in airport is for their fans only.

Very well organized and clean but not 5 star like Denver and Cincinnati.

A very nice airport. Gates are very far from each other, but the TrAAin helps out immenssely such that connecting times only take a maximum of 30 minutes. The airtrain is going to help out, too once it is open!

Great airport - I wish others could be as clean, organized and comfortable....

I think I have had to RUN for every connection that I have ever had in Dallas.

The gates are much too far from each other. I try to avoid Dallas, but am forced to go through there virtually every time I fly. Last month, they announced that my connecting flight was at one gate when it was actually at another!
