This is my third book in the "Belt" series. Green was a nice diversion and Brown Belt puzzles were harder. The Black Belt stands up to its name with 150 very challenging puzzles. I usually work on one at night before sleep and each of the 14 puzzles I have done so far has taken several days to complete. At this rate it will easily be a year before I finish the book. If the five star newspaper puzzles dont keep you that busy, you will like this one. Highly recommended.

Product arrived in good condition and promptly. As I haven't done the cross sum type puzzles in a while, I should have started with the brown belt book rather than the black belt. It is fun though!

I like this better than Soduko. You have to think harder. Now I can add faster than before.

This book is great for people who like very difficult puzzles. I love Kakuro and this is the best book I have found. Solvable with logic and doesn't require fun-killing trial and error methods. This is the most fun puzzle book I have found. This may be a subtle point but I found the puzzles varied throughout the book and it was fun to see new "themes" appear. Awesome!

for those who like tough puzzles. Even better than Mensa Kakuro. 150 fantastic puzzles requiring lots of logic. A lot of "expert" puzzles in other books require that at some point you just "trial-and-error" it. I think that is a sign of a poor puzzle. There was very little of that here. Good quality paper and printing.
