Do they still broadcast this one? When I was a kid the Garfield Christmas special was on my must watch list, although it rated a little lower than the Grinch, Charlie Brown, and Rudolph.

This is my favorite Christmas special!! It's the kind of classic that gets stuck in your heart. I can recite the entire thing, especially the songs, and when I watch it I just KNOW it's Christmas. I love the part when he wakes up and Jon tells him they're going to the farm and he starts talking to himself. :)

My absolute favorite holiday special, i used to watch it every year on TV and rent it too, now we have to rent it b/c they dont show it on TV anymore (but they should), I have so many great memories of this holiday special,i can recite pretty much the entire thing, and everyone in my family knows how much i looooove it

Commercial garbage. Not even close to funny.

Mom just ordered A Garfield Christmas on ebay this year for $30, and she did it because me and my mom both really love it! It's too bad they don't air this special on tv anymore, but at least now that we have it on the video, we can watch it a lot. But anyway, this is me and my mom's very favorite Christmas special ever! When I was a little kid, my mom said that I checked this out at the library a lot and I would watch it again and again, and I kind of almost know every single line of this 24 minute special! Plus, my fat Maine Coon cat was very similar to Garfield! And Odie is kind of similar to our golden retriever; they're both stupid!

It was cute the first time I saw this. I especially liked the scene where Garfield does something nice by finding some old love letters that Jon's Grandma had and giving them to her. It was nice to see Garfield being nice for a change. As for Holiday movies go, this is just okay to me. I really do not tune in to see it.My kids enjoy it though.

A good Christmas cartoon, but not good enough to compete with the Rankin-Bass holiday specials.

No telling how many times I've watched this one. It never gets old. Garfield and John and Odie go back to the farm and everyone has a wonderful Christmas. Can't beat that.

Hilarious cartoon, especially Grandma--she is a hoot and voiced wonderfully by Pat Carroll. Great cartoon, along with Garfield's Halloween!!

It was sweet and funny. Garfield is the only cat I can truly say I like.

This is, without a doubt, the Christmas special that I remember and love the most of all. I always wanted to see John's family. His grandmother is extremely funny and personifies the spirit of Christmas.
