Warning, Will Robinson! Being slightly wrong and you will never live it down. And 99% of all these gifts are wrong. Face it guys ... it's a no win situation.

I had purchased MIneral compact microderm scrub from VooDoo Cosmetics and it worked very well for my skin. I will purchase their products again.

This one could depend on what kind of woman you're buying for and how well you know her. This sort of gift could come off as an insult to some women but to others it may seem helpful. I think friends and family can get away with but Boyfriends and husbands should scratch this one!

Boy, this is a tricky one. Buying certain beauty products might suggest that a woman needs to spruce herself up, which is not a welcome message in any situation and would certainly not add to holiday joy. In addition, with the multitude of beauty products out there, it's hard to know which ones a woman would appreciate. It's probably safe to buy things you know a woman uses and enjoys or things that are generic and don't suggest "improvement," such as bath gels, scented soaps, etc. In general, though, this is an area to be avoided.
