Usually makes for a pretty good gift. If you're not sure what kind of movie to get, you usually can't go wrong with either a comedy or an action movie.

I love DVD's when I have time to sit down and watch them. Fern was nice enough to put a couple under the tree for me this year including Cast Away and The Perfect Storm.

Videos and DVD's make good presents but only if you are sure of the movies or type of movies the men in your family likes.

This is one great reason to start your Christmas list months in advance! This way, people can know which ones you want bought, leaving some to purchase yourself! Excellent! Beaten only by toys, video games, and surprises!

I love getting DVD's for Christmas, but the problem is, most of my family aren't into movies that much and they usually wind up getting me the wrong thing. Widescreen movies are what I buy for myself, but sometimes I wind up getting full screen movies for Christmas and then I feel guilty for wanting to go exchange them.
