Relaxation and stress reduction is a bonus! Recommend this program, its worth the money.

The person who owned the program rated it five stars, and the one who didn't rated it one. What does that tell you? People should keep their unfounded negative opinions to themselves

I love these cd's! They are so relaxing and help me get to sleep. In time, after listening to them for a while, then I'll see if they help with the weight loss. But for now, I'm enjoying them for good deep relaxation before sleeping, and then a good night's sleep :)

Good grief; the name alone makes me want to purge. More common sense for sale for people too dumb, lazy or retarded to figure it out for themselves.
