This is one of the worst insurance companies I have ever had through an employer. If you are a company looking to anger or piss off your employees, get Allied as your TPA. If you want your employees to use their valuable work time on the phone constantly trying to get things resolved, then get Allied. Allied does not process claims correctly, does not respond to issues, loses your faxes, and doesn't return phone calls. This is based on many years of dealing with them, thankfully my company has switched TPA's.
