I think that Dubya has outstanding judgement. The decision to get the terrorist who decided to to kill many INNOCENT American lives is an obvious one. The call to take out a genocidal dictator who was supplying the crazies who did it should have been a no-brainer as well. I'm surprised the people 'for' human rights were not begging Bush to eliminate the oppressive 'president' of Iraq (who gassed the Kurds in Northern Iraq, and tortured innocents for his own humor).

As governor of Texas, he used his judgement for more death penalty sentences then anyone in Texas history. (In a state where you can get life for smoking a joint.)

I think that his judgment on The War on Terror, while blinded at times, espescially with the Iraq situation, is in order. However, his judgment on tax cuts is debatable. When you are running up a huge deficit and funding a war and you've already seen two major tax cut proposals passed, then perhaps its time to rethink your policies.
