It doesn't work. They say they don't use parabens or sulfates but my skin reacts like they do, and their product smells like chemicals to me, not like a natural product should. I think they are dishonest with their ingredients. My face is worse than it has ever been before. This will take a very long time to heal.

Not good customer service, even though they promise otherwise. Shipping is from the States, even though they boast being a Canadian company.My order took three weeks for delivery, which people should know is part of the 60-day return policy time-period. If it is delayed, they don't care. It doesn't leave a lot of time to try it and return in time if it doesn't work.As far as customer service goes, I simply asked about returning a product and was given different (wrong) information on numerous occasions, again eating up your return-period time-frame. The product itself worked for a couple of weeks before taking a horrible turn, but too late for a return since shipping took almost a month.Expensive, with no recourse if it doesn't work, coupled with a less-than-stellar customer 'service' staff, makes me want to advise others to look elsewhere for relief of acne.

I am not impressed with this company at all and would love to find out who the president is send them all the emails I had to send to customer service. I TRIED to order the 1st of May and here I sit still waiting to recieve the product that I have paid for. First I was told it was back ordered. Two weeks ago I called/emailed and was told it had shipped. Yesterday I called again and there was a screw up on their part shipping it out. They had the order but when I suggested they send it overnight courier for my inconveinience I was told 4-10 days, take it or leave it or refund. I chose the refund option. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IT DOESN'T WORK. I USED THE DERMACLEANSE SYSTEM FOR 2 MONTHS. MY ACNE GOT WORSE, AND NEVER HEALED. I RETURNED IT OVERNIGHT AND KEPT THE TRACKING NUMBER. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T FIND IT SO THEY CAN'T ISSUE MY REFUND. THE PACKAGE WAS SIGNED BY THEIR EMPLOYEE. JUST A BUNCH OF THEIVES. IT DESERVES NEGATIVE RATINGS ONLY. I DON'T SAY THIS TO GIVE COMPETEING COMPANIES A PLUS.
