Neal Gallo has been my insurance agent since 1997. I have auto, homeowners, business liability, and life insurance policies with State Farm and Neal. Prior to that, I was with another large insurance company but had actually never met my agent. Neal has a hands-on, neighborhood office and he contacts me regularly to be sure my insurance needs are being met sufficiently. So far, the only claims I have had have been through my homeowners policy, and these have been handled expeditiously and fairly. I am pleased with Neal's approach to the insurance business.

Neal Gallo's agency has always been prompt and reliable. I have, unfortunately, had to have my car towed on more than one occasion. Each time, I have had a reimbursement check for the tow in my hands within 2 days. The staff has been nothing less than prompt in their response, courteous to me, and eager to help.
