Kurt Russell probably hasn't been better. The movie follows around a corrupt cop, played by Kurt Russell, that plants evidence kills suspects and does anything he wants, to get results he wants. Film takes place just before the Rodney King verdict is announced. Very cop-out(pun intended) ending.

Sad acting, except for a the minor characters.(Like the people reenacting the LA Rioters). Brings up some good points about the publics love/hate relationship with the police. This movie could have be much more, but fell short of the mark.

i want to see it cause it was directed by RS is it worth it

Surprisingly high-energy and well-made thriller. Good comeback for Russell.
