As a small girl, I simply loved it.

By this time, even the Six Million Dollar Man was getting real boring. I couldn't possibly get into another wonderment.

I find it difficult to rate such a blatant and unoriginal spin-off any higher than two stars. As of the other reviewers have noted, "The Bionic Woman" was a parallel offshoot of "The Six Million Dollar Man", this time with Lindsay Wagner in the lead role. This series was obviously a play for feminist credibility, but there was simply nothing unique here, even sharing most of the same actors and plots. Plus the way Jamie shunned Steve after she came out of her coma can never be forgiven.

The beautiful but limited Lindsy Wagner in a unecessary spinioff of the bionic man.I think this show had a bionic dog and grandpa.

the bionic woman at the time was one of the coolest shows on tv. i liked it better than the 6 million dollar man. i was always hoping they would get back together.

I liked this one... the plot was almost as good as six million dollar man but not quite.

A spin-off, rip off, whatever, piece of venal nonsense.

Please judge this series in the context of the '70's. Jaime Sommers was the first official female heroine of a 1 hour show. Lindsay Wagner went on to win an Emmy Award for her role (also a first in the science fiction genre), Gillian Anderson being second with the X-Files. The series was ahead of its time when it originally aired and should not be compared to today's standards for special effects and so on. Lindsay brought a real human quality to the portrayal of Jaime and fought hard with producers to reduce the violent content of the show. Now, finally it is being reeased on DVD: Long live The Bionic Woman and Lindsay Wagner!

Yes a great show..a little hard to believe some of the stories..more like sci-fi. I liked the shows they did together..they really cared about each other...I liked the one where Jamie loses her memory and they have to start their love relationship all over again.

I think the Bionic Woman was a great show. I never missed it on tv each week. I could not wait for the next episode of The Bionic Woman staring the greatest Lindsey Wagner. I also thought Steve and Jamie made a great couple.

I probably liked this more when it aired in the 70s. Jaime was Steves the six million dollar man's girlfriend. severly hurt in an accident she is also made bionic, in the arm, leg, and ear. so now she gets to fight crime and be a hero. I guess the one good thing is a lady gets to be the hero in this one. when i see it on repeats now and then it is kind of corny and well not as good when I was way younger.
