he seems funny and really quirky even though he wasn't  as outgoing as the rest of the las vegas cast

Frank was really creepy and a bit emotionally stunted. Not the worst member of the Vegas Cast, but that isn't saying much.

Frank was my all-time favorite person on the Real World. I really liked Dominic on Season II, but there was something about Frank that always made me laugh. The best was the random clip of him eating the pizza out of the sink.

I think Frank was goofy and a little bit weird. He sometimes used racist comments. I have to hand it to him. He's was about the best behaved on the show. HOWEVER.....to think Trishelle was sexy. She's a total whore, who was attempting to portray the "I'm just a innocent country girl." Yeah, right!!!
